During my stay at Hotel Zurich, I was impressed by the excellent customer service. Yakut, the manager, personally attended to my concerns and ensured my comfort. The location was excellent, close to major attractions, although some noise from the bar and maintenance work did disrupt my peace at times. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly demeanor of the staff, making for a pleasant visit.
